Several states, such as Washington, Florida, Nevada and New York, mandate by law or by code to use third party inspectors. In addition, many developers require third party inspectors to save time and construction costs because some completed work must be approved before additional work can begin.
INSPECTIONS
Quality of materials and solid design means nothing if the installations are not Up-to-Par. Third party inspections and
testing of installed components assures proper performance of the exterior envelope components and identifies deficiencies triggering repair or full-replacement before problems develop. The owner deserves a water-tight building.
Façade Support primarily provides inspections during the construction phase to assure envelope components are being installed in compliance with the design documents, manufacturer's 'Installation Requirements', building code, and in good industry practices.
